Armed with the information provided by our client, we research the solution (and partner provider, if relevant), as well as third-party information that supports the claims of the brief. And based on the information we’ve gathered, we write the first draft of the solution brief for client approval, making changes as needed.
Our process for producing data sheets follows the same general steps as for solution briefs. But because data sheets focus specifically on the solution itself, rather than the business case for it, we discuss that solution in more detail with the client. We want to ensure we have detailed information about it, including specifications, technical requirements, key features and competitive differentiators and primary benefits to leads considering it.
